I'm basically one of those creepy dog ladies who loves to bring her dog everywhere... so Fetch Bistro is perfect! I love the atmosphere. It is rare to be able to bring your dog into a restaurant. The owner's dogs will also be there to greet you. They bring a bed and water bowl for your dog. You can also go outside to the dog park area. The breakfast food is particularly bomb. I love the veggie breakfast burrito!! It is definitely filling. They offer $5 mimosas and margaritas as well. There's also DJ bingo and watch parties. I appreciate that they are trying to build a community. I am surprised it's not busier. Wichitans, both two and four legged, get over to Fetch Bistro and have some delicious food and fun!
This is a true gem of a breakfast place. Getting to take your fur friend to breakfast is such a treat. Very very friendly and approachable staff. Everything on the menu look delicious. This Trip my husband and I tried the Chicken fried steak and eggs along with the KC Strip Steak and eggs. Both were cooked to perfection- juicy and tender. We also tried the pancakes and biscuits. The biscuits were so light and fluffy. The pancakes were just the right amount of sweet. I must say what set both items over the top was their delicious whipped butter. IT IS SO GOOD! 5 out of 5 stars. We are so excited to come back and try their dinner.
A place for people & pets- love the concept! Been to many restaurants & bars for both people & pets in other cities/states but this place did it right. Here's why: - Many places tend to only allow pets in the patio areas. Fetch allows both inside & outside. - Fetch not only looks but smells clean! I was very surprised, because I came the day after it rained too. Most places smell like wet dog (whether it rained or not). - Fetch has a fenced off grass area outside to allow dogs to play with one another. - Unlike many other places, Fetch has a doggy menu to order from. Staff is very friendly. A table of 20+ came in right before us. The waitress said she'd put in our order first so we wouldn't have to wait. Our dog loved her, partly because she brought him his own plate. He definitely approved of the food. We enjoyed the human food as well. Only traveling through Wichita but hopefully a place like this opens up back home soon!
We were on a road trip from Iowa to California and needed a place to eat, so we tried this because we could bring our dog in! From the second we entered we were greeted with friendly smiles and my dog received lots of attention. The employees are very kind and they all love dogs. The food was good! I had the California chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries- I liked it and it was good quality. We ended up ordering my dog the meatballs. She LOVED them, but she did end up swallowing one whole, without chewing, and choked for a minute. Our waitress ran right over and got our dog to eject the meatball (NOT the restaurants fault by any means. We know that our dog inhales her food regularly and we should have known to cut it up). Our dog was fine and continued to eat- but it was nice to have a waitress who had an educational background with animals who ran over to help us out and save our dog!! At the end of our meal, our dog got a special pumpkin treat and went outside to check out the dog park just out the back door. This looks like a fun evening place to go for a drink with your friends and dogs!
